About MyPhatshala

MyPhatshala (from pathshala, a school) is a free website for students who want to understand programming, not just memorise it.

Every lesson follows the same pattern: a short story, a clear definition, the different ways the concept is used, step-by-step instructions, a two-view animation (what you see on screen and what happens behind it), real-world examples, code you can run, a line-by-line tracer, and a short quiz.

Why it's free

Lessons are free for every student, with no login. The site is supported by advertising.
